Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your delivery for any reason, please contact us at sales@savannahoaksbeef.com within seven (7) days of the date you received the meal ingredients and we may either replace the item at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item. Due to the perishable nature of the product, we don’t offer exchanges. Please note that the nature of meat products is that each animal is different and the quantity and size of individual cuts within a given share may vary based on the weight of the animal and butchering process. Therefore we are not able to guarantee a specific weight, quantity or individual cut size within a share beyond the general estimation and description which is provided for general guidance purposes only. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any item with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a credit or refund.

If you are dissatisfied with any non-food Product you purchased through the Savannah Oaks Beef & Cattle Co., you may return the Product within thirty (30) days of the date you received the Product by contacting sales@savannahoaksbeef.com and following the shipping instructions we supply; provided, that all returned Products must be unused and in their original packaging. After we receive your returned Product, we will issue you a refund for the price you paid for the Product (less any applicable shipping and handling charges). If you do not comply with the terms of this section, you will be ineligible to receive a refund.


Shipping Policy

At Savannah Oaks Beef & Cattle Co., we currently ship to physical street addresses in the United States via UPS. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using dry ice and insulated packages. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.

We currently ship orders in the beginning of the week (holidays excluded). Orders must be made by 10am CST on the shipping day in order to be processed and shipped that day. Orders received after that time will be rolled to our next scheduled shipping day.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package. Savannah Oaks Beef & Cattle Co. values our customers and respects your privacy at all times. We collect information about you through our online shopping cart website in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. We do not share your personal or financial information with 3rd party companies.
