Tri Tip Steak
Tri Tip is technically a steak and is more tender than a brisket, due to the smaller size, tri tip can be grilled with a sear on the outside.
Also a Texas favorite to cook on the smoker. Smoke it for around an hour then take it to the grill for a quick reverse sear.
With tri tip cook until the center of the meat reaches an internal temperature of 132-135°F.
